Qualification :- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Paint technology, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in Automation industry
Your Responsibilities :-
- Managing and monitoring project during whole execution period until get FAC
- Achieving paint process parameters on surface like DFT, gloss, color values etc
- Robot application programming, industrial robot/spraying robot debugging (gluing, flaming, blowing, wipe, film thickness detection)
- Vision system measuring and maintaining, and be able to complete a new model introduction robot simulation independently
- Working on underbody coating and spray applications
- Supporting in Paint Process parameters achievement
- Hands on Experience in robot disassembly and maintenance activities
