Position :- Commissioning Engineer

Qualification :- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Paint technology, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering 

Experience :- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Automation & Paint shops.

Your Responsibilities :-

• Managing and monitoring project during whole execution period until get FAC
• Achieving paint process parameters on surface like DFT, gloss, color values etc
• Robot application programming, industrial robot/spraying robot debugging (gluing, flaming, blowing, wipe, film thickness detection)
• Vision system measuring and maintaining, and be able to complete a new model introduction robot simulation independently
• Working on underbody coating and spray applications
• Supporting in Paint Process parameters achievement
• Hands on Experience in robot disassembly and maintenance activities

Your Background :-

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Paint technology/Chemical engineering/Mechanical
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Automation & Paint shops
• Ability to Paint robot system commission, functional program module writing, process debugging and problem handling
• In depth knowledge of Atomizers/Spray gun and gluing, flaming, blowing, wipe, film thickness detection
• Familiar with Sealant equipment like ABB IDFP, Graco PCF, SCA Dozer and Powder coating/Solvent brone paints/water borne paint knowledge
• Highly motivated team-player with a collaborative, learning & solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills
