• Diploma in Industrial Safety.
• BE/Diploma – Mechanical/ Electrical & PDIS

Experience :- 2 to 4 Years 

Job Description :-

• Implement behavior based Safety by monitoring schedule/ compliance across functions, highlighting concern areas to Management and suggest actions.
• Implementation of safe working practices in the plant to achieve accident free workplace; and Investigation and analysis of incidents to prevent and develop safe working practices.
• Conduct competitions and campaigns related to safety in order to create awareness and motivate employees to improve Safety culture in the plant.
• Implement statutory compliance pertaining to safety rules and regulations under The Factories Act Organize, conduct, & coordinate unit safety audits to achieve accident free operations and ensure corrective actions for preventing loss due to equipment failure, etc.
• Organize periodical audits/inspections to identify unsafe conditions, unsafe practices, process and abnormalities.
• Facilitate all line managers and staff trained for various safety standards and systems. Monitor Safety Observation process is in place and proper observations are carried out by Line Managers (as well as self).
• Plan and organized need based Safety Training to all employees. Compliance of SBO visit by trained employees.
