Role & Responsibility :-
- Cost saving in projects
- Finalization of contractors & prepare coordinations
- Making of Drawings &timely execution
- Quality control & Coordination with material deptt & purchase deptt
- GANTT charts, work done in given time frame
- Vendor finalization
- Improve & display standard & space utilization
- Take work from labour in proper manner/proper coordination with architect
- Wastage control at sites & utilization of old materials
- Completion of work on time & meet dead line as finalized by the management
- Submit Site visiting plans in advance
