Role & Responsibilities :-

• To deliver machine to production after maintenance in term of quality & time.
• Execution of improvement activities.
• To Generate & maintain machine maintenance records
• To Execute Daily/monthly/ annual preventive & predictive maint activities of plant & machinery in laminated plant.
• To update machine maint. records in Compliance to ISO ,TQM systems.
• To collect & analyse data & for annual maintenance budgets highlighting :
  1. 1. Breakdown target
     2. Repair and Maintenance Cost of Laminated section.

Preferred Candidate Profile :-

• The candidate should have knowledge of CNC Machines.
• The candidate should have knowledge of Servo Motors & PLC troubleshooting.
• The candidate should have knowledge of VFD & Electrical trouble shooting.
