Positions – Operator/ Jr. Engineer

Qualification – ITI & Diploma in Plastic Moulding/Mechanical/ Production are preferred.

Experience – Candidate with minimum 3 + Yrs of experience in handling extrusion machine is preferred.

Job Location – Sangli, Aurangabad

Salary – Rs. 1,50,000 – 3,50,000 P.A

Job Description – 

• Assist Supervisor – Production in areas of production, scheduling, safety, maintenance, quality, and achievement of departmental KPIs
• Execute all production activities in the shift as per production plan in compliance with all applicable quality and safety norms
• Responsible for efficient and economical utilization of machines, moulds, labour, materials, and facilities
• Handle basic quality problems with quality control department
• Take actions to improve yields, machine efficiency, and productivity as per planned strategies; identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Perform problem-solving for planned corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with other department for moulds, machine and equipment availability, and repair and maintenance
• Ensure that good housekeeping practices and safe work environment are being followed by all team members
• Complete paperwork and proper filing of paperwork
• Troubleshoot and adjust moulding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output
