Qualification :-
- Diploma / B.tech Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication
Experience :-
2 – 6 Years
Job description :-
- Manufacturing feasibility review
- Review the Gerber & BOM for DFM
- Stencil ordering & DFM
- Pallet & Fixture Ordering
- Knowledge on all PCBA assembly process (Specific to SMT & THT Processes added advantage)
- Set & validate the process like Solder paste printing, Reflow soldering, Component Preparation, Wave soldering,Manual Soldering, Pressfit, Robotic soldering, Cleaning & Conformal Coating
- Pick & Place programming, Line optimization & Trouble shooting
- Validation of Glue process & Potting
- Knowledge on IPC 610,JEDEC J-STD-020E & solder paste handling
- Conversion of all Customer inputs to Our internal documents like BOM,PFC,AIN,..
- Preparation of all Process Documents & WI
- Working with softwares like Viewmate, KIC,YAMAHA Pick & Place programming software are added advantages
