Job Description :-
- Assisting Factory Manager in managing Factory Operations & Support functions.
- To do preventive maintenance to reduce breakdown.
- Maintain the records machinewise.
- To take followup from the team & give support if require.
- To maintain the records machinewise
- Suggest improvements for desired productivity per person.
- To discuss with the team members for better involvement.
- To analyse & develop operators & supervisor as per ability & will.
- Giving trainings realted to system improvents & 5 S Methodology
- To keep every team member very focussed to his targets by proper trainings
- Trying to keep every team member motivated at all time.
