- Call to Fix time, First Time Fix , Frequency of Complaints, Customer Satisfaction Net Promoter Score NPS, ensuring timely delivery. ,Timely AMC renewals, Follow Safety PPE and procedures
- ability to resolve problem and go into details of the problems for permanent resolution, confident, working independently, Strong focus on qualitycustomer service
