Position : Proposal Engineers

Qualification : Diploma / B.tech / B.E. in Instrumentation

Experience : 1 – 6 Years

Job location : Pune, Vadodara, Mumbai (All Areas)

Salary : 4,00,000 – 7,00,000 P.A (Variable – 80%)

Job description :-

Key Responsibilities :

• (Functional responsibilities associated with the position)60%
• Obtain complete technical & basic commercial competency & handle customer requirements for Swagelok products, services, related industries and applications.
• Timely processing of all technical services functions including customer quotes, orders and other requests.
• Conduct timely customer order reviews & revisions for technical matters and ensure timely ordering & delivery of products to customer by communicating customer expectations to Order fulfillment team.
• Interact with warehouse and sales associates on customers behalf. Handle inspection & testing satisfactorily as required per the customer.
• Direct requests and elevate unresolved issues to a proper resource and help resolve customer complaints/concerns.30%
• Prepare customer engagement plan for the assigned key accounts & execute the activities.
• Plan Customer visits & execute value added services like certified trainings, product presentation & leak audits at customer’s site.
• Follow sales processes like Account Management, Lead Management & Spec Mangement.10%
• Departmental review meetings and Additional responsibilities
