Job Description :-
- Having good exposure in Plant engineering, Plant Maintenance, Planning and executing Preventive and shutdown maintenance.
- Preventive & Attending Breakdown maintenance of all Mechanical equipment and Reduction in downtime through continual improvement
- Experience on laminator, oven, mixers, boiler maintenance,
- Attending the major mechanical problem and solving the root cause problem
- Handling the new project for new machinery installation and modification in plant machine.
- Section In charge of mixing area.
- Monitoring all maintenance activity of mixing area.
- Perform welding & fabrication work.
- Perform pumps and gear box preparing work.
- Perform all maintenance work of shifter, screw, mixer, rotary molder.
- Perform all activity of wire band joint, tracking & new wire band installation work.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.
