Qualification & Experience :-

Execution & Coordination :

1. Sr. Engineer / Engineer E&C: – B.E./Diploma in Civil with 5-10 years of relevant experience in Independently handling of RCC work and civil construction related works in Coordinate with Project Manager for all the site activities, monitor labour and ensure to idling of time and Adherence to daily project schedule.
2. Sr. Surveyor / Surveyor E&C: – Diploma / ITI with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in residential project.
3. Steel / Shuttering Foreman E&C: – Diploma / ITI with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in residential project.
4. Supervisor E&C: – SSC pass with minimum 7 years of experience in R&C, Finishing, execution of Residential / Commercial project.

QS & Billing :

1. Assistant Manager / Sr. Engineer – QS & Billing: – B.E. / Diploma (Civil) with 4-8 years of experience in QS & Billing for Residential/ Commercial projects.
2. Jr. Engineer – QS & Billing: – B.E. / Diploma (Civil) with 2-5 years of experience in QS & Billing for Residential/ Commercial projects.

QA/QC :

1. Sr. Manager / Manager – QA/QC: – BE or Diploma (Civil) with 10 to 14 years’ experience in QA/QC for high rise buildings construction projects. Should have expertise in developing contract- specific quality plans, implementing through training and inspection of incoming materials as per quality plan, relevant standards, setting up and monitoring QC lab at site and performing internal audits as per ISO standards.
2. Senior Engineer / Engineer – QA/QC: – B.E. / Diploma (Civil) with 4-8 years of experience in QA/QC of high-rise residential/ commercial buildings and preferably in an ISO Certified organisation. Knowledge of RMC/Concrete technology will be an advantage.
3. Junior Engineer– QA/QC: – B.E. / Diploma (Civil) with 1-4 years of experience in QA/QC of high-rise residential/ commercial buildings and preferably in an ISO Certified organisation. Knowledge of RMC/Concrete technology will be an advantage.
4. Lab Technician – QA/QC: – SSC pass with minimum 7 years of experience in laboratory test and follow the QA/QC specification. Prospective candidate should have earlier experience in working for residential / commercial projects.

HSE :

1. Assistant Manager / Officer – HSE: – Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Science with Post Graduation in ADIS with minimum 8+ years of experience in High rise tower with contracting company.
2. Supervisor – HSE: – Graduate / Under Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in safety supervising residential or commercial projects.
3. Male Nurse – HSE: – B.Sc. / Diploma in Nursing with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in residential project.

Plant & Machinery :

1. Manager – Plant & Machinery: – BE/ Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) with 7+ years of relevant experience to take care of departmental operation, planning, erection and commissioning, equipment controls and monitoring, team handling, Installation, with keeping a track on departmental inventory and cost control at allocated site. Prospective candidates expected to be well-versed with ISO system and procedure.
2. Engineer – Plant & Machinery: – BE/ Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) with 4+ years of experience in department operation, planning, preparing reports control and monitoring. Should be exposed to maintenance of plant & machinery with knowledge of Engineering drawing and candidate also expected to read manual and identify the spares from the available catalogue.
3. Foreman – Plant & Machinery – ITI / Experienced with minimum 8 years of experience in identifying and rectifying the breakdown. Candidate should possess sound knowledge of repairing of Tower crane, passenger hoist, concrete pump, boom placer, BBM &BCM. Should be exposed to read manual and identify the spares from catalogue.
