Positions :- Engineer / Senior Engineer – Quality

Job Location :- Rajkot,Gujarat 

Salary :- Hike on Current CTC (based on interview performance)

Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical, B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Mechanical

Experience :- 3 to 6 Years

Job Description :-

• • Address to product complaints or quality issues from customer
• • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines
• • Analyze field defect & root cause finding
• • Managing and tracking all warranty issues, policies and entitlements for each product
• • CAPA data analysis to identify the sources of product quality concerns
• • Assesses the implementation of the Quality Control Plans
• • Manage and control all quality control activities in accordance with Quality Assurance standards, company procedures & QMS requirements
• • Liaise with the Head of Plant Quality to ensure quality requirements
• • Implement processes improvement by applying problem solving techniques
• • Establishing Common Inspection method in dealers point
