Qualification :-
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Tech/B.E. in Agriculture, Automobile, Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 6 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair of tractors.
- Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until customer is satisfied
- Develops and implements service operations to ensure that customer complaint handling, installation or monthly visits are done in a professional and timely manner
- provides customers with regular support and feedback on their service requests
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Spare part dispatch and Customer Service), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
- Evaluate the need for dealer support in service areas
- Help exceed company spare part sales and operations goals
- Root cause analysis of repeated service issue
