Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Ordering of Domestic + Export Wooden boxes for Current month schedule
- Job wise and Lot wise Packing
- Handling the Workmen with proper allottment of jobs under packing.
- Floating of Frieght enquiries for next day despatches.
- Coordination with Transporters for vehilce placement on minimum freight charges.
- Sending MIS for all moved Jobs and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Inter Department follow up for recieving FG materials ( Invoices/FG jobs)
- Crosschecking of all document fr invoiced jobs vis-avis matching of invoice quantity with packing list , LR crosscheck, generating correct Ewaybill + making gateout entries.
- Recieving of Frieght invoices and handling over to accounts with LR acknowledgement after entry in ERP Systems.
