Position :- Category Manager

Job Location :- Faridabad, Haryana

Qualification :- Diploma or BE – Agriculture / Mechanical / Automobile or MBA/ PGDM from any premier institute.

Experience :-

• Any candidate with 4 to 8 years in B2C industry preferably in Lube companies / Automotive industries with experience of handling channel.
• Marketing experience will be desired.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Complete end to end ownership of marketing schemes, DSR incentives and consumer promos. Optimize product mix to drive sales numbers within budget.
• Closely work with Sales team, DBs and channel partners to firm up product and pricing strategies to drive growth.
• Collect and analyse market, industry, sales and distributor data to Suraksha / Kavach strategies, programs and schemes. 
• Product specific activations and placement drives and customized BTL activities in collaboration with sales team/Dbs.
