Qualification :- Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering
Experience :- 2 to 7 Years
Role & Responsibilities :-
- Perform operation of BFS Machine as per Standard Operating Procedure.
- Perform pre filling activities like SIP, mold integrity etc.
- Perform post filling activities like CIP, AGT etc.
- Control of rejection at machine, deflasher etc.
- Check the quality of vial during filling activity and take necessary action.
- Perform the activity as per the BMR and record the same.
- Resolve breakdown of BFS machine.
- Follow cGMP while working in clean area.
- Fill up the various records associated with BFS machine.
- Perform preventive maintenance of BFS machine as per the schedule.
- Perform mold change over on BFS machine as per the requirement.
- Perform cleaning of the machine as per the SOP.
