Job Location :- Pune,Maharashtra, Lucknow,Uttar Pradesh, Jaipur,Rajasthan, Delhi / NCR, Vadodara/ Baroda,Gujarat, Mumbai (All Areas))
Salary :- ₹ 2.5-6 Lacs P.A
Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication
Experience :- 1 to 5 years of experience in UPS field
Job Description :-
- Attending calls and closing within TAT
- Educating customer to log the complaints through support
- Educating customer on problems and giving correct support on solution
- Doing 100% PMs for all logged calls
- Battery and Service quote sending by App and follow up
- Defective spares send to NSC immediately after completion of call
- Supporting service sales on AMC / Battery business
