Positions :- Assistant Engineer/Assistant Architect/Junior Engineer

Job Location :- Guwahati

Salary :-

• Assistant Engineer (Civil & Electrical) – Rs. 30,000 – 1,10,000/-
• Assistant Architect – Rs. 30,000 – 1,10,000/-
• Junior Engineer (Civil & Electrical) – Rs. 14,000 – 49,000/-
• Junior Engineer (Architecture) – Rs. 14,000 – 49,000/-

Qualification :-

Assistant Engineer :

• Civil Engineering – B.E. / B. Tech. / Equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Electrical Engineering – B.E. / B. Tech. / Equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. 1-year work experience in respective fields of specialization in Govt. or Non Govt. Sector (within permanent / contractual capacity).

Assistant Architect :

• B. Arch. / Equivalent from a recognized university. 1-year work experience in respective fields of specialization in Govt. or Non Govt. Sector (within permanent / contractual capacity).

Junior Engineer :

• Civil Engineering – 3 yrs. Diploma in Civil Engineering / Equivalent from a recognized polytechnic college or institute. Electrical Engineering – 3 yrs. Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Equivalent from a recognized polytechnic college or institute. 1-year work experience in respective fields of specialization in Govt. or Non Govt. Sector (within permanent / contractual capacity).

Junior Engineer (Architecture) :

• Three years Diploma in Architect Engineering / Architectural Assistantship / Equivalent from a recognized institute. 1-year work experience in respective fields of specialization in Govt. or Non Govt. Sector (within permanent / contractual capacity).

Age Limit :- 38 Years

Total Vacancies :- 14 Posts

• Assistant Engineer (Civil & Electrical) – 6 Posts
• Assistant Architect – 1 Post
• Junior Engineer (Civil & Electrical) – 6 Posts
• Junior Engineer (Architecture) – 1 Post

Selection Process :-

Assistant Engineer/Junior Engineer :

• There shall be two phases in the selection process: Phase- I: The Candidates whose applications are accepted will be required to appear in an objective type written test to be held in Guwahati on a date to be notified later on in websitegmda.niyuktiportal.in.
• Phase – II: Against each vacancy, 3 candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test. After the written test, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a Personal Interview to be held in Guwahati. Total marks for the Personal Interview will be 20 Marks. The syllabus of the Objective Type Written Test will be as follows:

Assistant Architect/Junior Engineer (Architecture) :
