- Candidate should have knowledge for construction, site supervisor, site in charge, Quality with good communication skills.
- Preparing and implementing project plans, estimates for time & material costs
- Ensuring that budget costs for wages, contractors, materials, and equipment are not exceeded
- Observing quality assurance & safety standards
