Positions :- Maintenance Engineer

Qualification :- Diploma / BE Mechanical
Experience :-
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience for Diploma. 2~3 for Degree.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Attend break downs of cnc / LTM /Washing and assembly Machines in shifts
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance as per the schedule to improve the life of machine.
- Hands on experience on maintenance of Mazak / BFW / Makino /AMS /ACE CNC machines [ VMC / HMC]
- Root cause / why why analysis & corrective / preventive actions.
- Expertise in PLC, trouble shooting & CNC drives / controllers of Fanuc /Mitsubishi/Siemens, Industrial PCs.
- Through knowledge Mechanical Maintenance
- SAP Awareness for maintenance activities.
- Organize the spares for repairing (Spare Monitoring).
- Implementation of small KAIZENs / improvement.
- Safety norms to be followed.
