Qualification :- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 4 Years (Manufacturing Company)
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Sending RFQ to suppliers for any new requirements.
- Taking the quotes from suppliers from different sources.
- Negotiations & finalization of source based on QCD (cost/quality/delivery)
- Visiting suppliers for evaluations, to see basic infrastructure, to see technical/financial capability/ capacity to supply the parts.
- Taking risk assessment from new suppliers/ contingency.
- Stamping supplier allocation for the newly added projects/parts.
- Rationalization of suppliers.
- Revisiting of suppliers.
- Revisiting of CONSUMABLE parts.
- Effective outsourcing of inhouse parts.
- Cost saving as per corporate guidelines.
- Implementing digitization like supplier portal.
- Effective monitoring of suppliers in terms of govt. liabilities like timely GST payments & timely GST filing, this is to avoid its impact on JBMA.
- Price revisions of all suppliers related to customer controlled as well as JBMA controlled suppliers.
