Position :- Engineer – Mobile Repairs SMT PCB

Qualification :- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication
Experience :- 2 to 5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for timely repair the line rejections (Handset & PCBA)
- Troubleshooting & Analysis of defective handset & PCBA
- Strong knowledge of Mobile PCBA repairs i.e L2, L3 , L4 levels
- Responsible for material stock management.
- Root cause analysis of defect generations, feedback to process owners to stop further fault generation.
- Identification of part & process rejection.
- Verification of problem.
- MIS- Repair & defect analysis report
- Responsible to maintaining the 6s at repair stage
- Responsible for internal / external audit for your location
- Mentoring/Train junior team members on Defect root cause analysis
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Mobile PCBA repair L2, L3, L4
- Troubleshooting & analysis skill
- Good knowledge of mobile circuits & software
- Good knowledge of mobile handset repair
