Job description :-

Role and responsibilities

• Installation of testing machines
• Follow the commissioning and Machine Qualification (MQ2) at customer site
• Servicing the new and already installed machines
• Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities
• Interact with customers to resolve problems on the end of line and laboratory test benches.
• Collect information about the issues at customer site and report them to the service team in Italy
• Willingness and ability to work varied schedules including overtime, and holidays, which can be conveyed on short notice
• Work as a key member in a dynamic team providing maintenance services for automatic test benches
• Be able to learn quickly and be interested in the field of industrial automation
• Become an expert and perform work professionally
• Perform ordinary maintenance, troubleshooting, problem solving and basic field repairs of system components
• Represent our company at the job site by interfacing with clients during job site visits; manage and satisfy client expectations
• Generate field reports and other required documentation as needed
• Extensive domestic and international travel will be required
• To be willing to travel and work on non-standard days/hours when necessary
• Provide suggestions to maximize the efficiency of our operation and for technology modifications which will benefit system up-time and productivity
• Work is performed both remotely and locally at the customer sites
• Willing to travel to Italy for training
