- Expertise in Die Assembly for Automotive Body Skin Parts like Body Sides, Fender, Closures.
- Detail Die Assembly process knowledge.
- Ability to Lead the Program.
- Able to Guide and train people in Die Assembly Skills.
- Manpower planning and handling.
- Ability to contribute for manufacturing inputs in Die Designs.
