Qualification :- ITI Refrigeration / Diploma in Refrigeration
Experience :- 5 -7 years in HVAC section in Pharmaceutical plant
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- 1. Operation and Maintenance of HVAC (High side and low side) system, both in Dx unit and in Chilling plant.
- 2. Maintain area classification as per its qualified state.
- 3. Implement energy saving ideas in HVAC system.
- 4. Documentation in HVAC system.
- 5. Understand the SOP and follow the operational procedures.
- 6. Basic knowledge of cGMP
- 7. Experience in Vacuuming, pressuring and gas charging in refrigeration system.
- 8. Operation and maintenance of different types of pumps.
- 9. Experience of HVAC qualification and re-qualification.
