Experience :- 3 – 5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Independently setup molds and machines for mold trials and production
- Responsible for controlling and optimizing process parameters to ensure the highest quality level and maximum productivity
- Perform R.M. planning, component production plan, stock maintenance, dispatch
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance of molding machines with maintenance department, preventive and breakdown maintenance of molds
- Perform and monitor component quality checks and dimensions
- Responsible for ensuring the operation of the machines to accomplish the production plan.
