Job Description :-

• Responsible for supervising the shift activities of the production floor.
• Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with maximization of men, material & machine.
• Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement.
• To ensure systematic and proper running equipments for full targeted output.
• Responsible for Manpower planning and coordinating and motivating the entire team for higher productivity.
• Handling and maintain the ISO/TS documents .
• Implementation of 6s activities on the production floor.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.
