Positions :-Maintenance Engineer

Job Location :- Chengalpattu,Tamil Nadu

Qualification :-

• Diploma in Mechatronics

Experience :- 3+ years of experiences in Manufacturing Plant Maintenance Function is required.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• 1. Perform daily tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
• 2. Carry out equipment daily checks & correct the abnormalities immediately.
• 3. Perform Maintenance procedures (PM, PdM, Corrective actions) quickly & on time basis.
• 4. Attend to line calls, rectify the problem with minimum time.
• 5. Involve & reduce the down time of equipment by taking up appropriate problem-solving tools & techniques, thereby strive to continuously improve the KPIs of the maintenance function.

• 6. Record & maintain all maintenance documents on daily basis.
• 7. Undergo skill & Knowledge development trainings or any other trainings as assigned.
• 8. Ensure all Maintenance processes are followed & complied with 100% of times (from daily maintenance operations to new equipment introduction).
