Qualification :-

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics / Telecommunication,
• B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Production/Industrial, Mechanical

Work Experience :-

• 5 – 10 Years

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Planning, deploying and ensuring optimum utilization of resources for production aligned to the shift production schedule
• Monitoring and ensuring that the team are adhering to quality standards and meeting the daily production targets for the respective shift
• Evaluating manufactured products according to specifications and quality standards, including troubleshooting new or existing product problems involving designs, materials, or processes
• Guiding team members to follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements
• Timely reporting of any incident/accident in respective area along with proper RCA, action taken, counter measures and horizontal deployment and promoting strict adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental protocols defined.
• Conducting risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
• Supporting cross-functional teams for new products Industrialization & initiating production, ECN implementation, VAVE and various developmental projects
