Job Profile :-
- Utility and Machine Maintenance.
- Responsible for Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown maintenance of soldering machine, IP testing machine, drilling machine, control panels and LED light eging machines, conveyor, oven, Robot in potting line,Screw Feeder, Tape Dispenser, Scanners,Testing Fixture, Software loading Jigs
- Troubleshooting and repair of Current meter, Multimeter, Electrical Screw driver, line conveyor.
- Knowledge of program editing on potting line robot.
- Valve servicing of potting machine.
- Maintain & update the Equipment list maintain and identification.
- Follow the Monthly & Annual equipment maintenance & Calibration Plan
- Control the equipment breakdown within the target.
- Maintain the Breakdown records.
- Provide training to equipment technician
