Position :- DCS Panel Officer
Job Location :- Gujarat
Salary :-₹ 2,00,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Experience :- 1 to 4 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Primary responsibilities are to plan & manage overall production activities & follow standard operating procedures provided by company to achieve required specification & yield for respective products.
- To Collecting all records, details of chemical/RM consumption product output yield & use factor calculation
- Responsibilities of trouble shooting operation & emergency like mechanical, instrumental & electricity failure.
- Training manpower for skill development & working in safe & proper SOP standard.
- Involvement in modifying operating parameters to improve on stream factor & mapping performance of various equipments under stretch capacity for maximum utilization of available equipment’s.
- Close observation, checking & controlling all the critical parameters during batch operation, maintaining Standard batch time cycle.
- To Provide key inputs for upgradation of existing process & plant operation.
- Maintaining Batch processing record in compliance with customer requirements & safety norms.
- Focus on to reduce waste generation during plant operation.
- Co-ordination with maintenance, QC, Instrument, electrical, EHS & other service department for smooth plant operation.
- Identifying the Non-conformities in the Product, In-process Stage and taking corrective actions in Consultation with Department Head Or as described in the Standard Operating Procedure Manual
- Responsible for generating, maintaining, Review & updates of Quality & EMS documents as well as records as defined in standard operating procedure & work instructions
- Responsibility of production related entries in SAP/Oracle, Stock taking & verification of physical stock & Oracle/system stock.
- Maintaining plant housekeeping as per 5s standards
- Capturing near miss during plant operation, making incident report & CAPA for improvement to avoid the same in future.
- Follow applicable EHS procedures/practices. Stay aware of Environmental, Site, statutory & Intellectual property regulations
