Job Description :-
- Carry out regular maintenance work as per scheduled plan
- Improve and Increase overall equipment effectiveness by providing timely delivery of service
- Cost effective modification to reduce maintenance cost to minimum
- Ensure proper usage of PPE during execution of job
- Ensure proper risk assessment done before start of any maintenance job
- Ensure implementation of suggestion/TF5/EU5 in various area and close the assigned point.
- Reduce Equipment downtime and repetition of failure
- Reduce Maintenance Cost
- 5 WHY Kaizen, QK , SK
- Avoid repeated work/ensure quality of work
