Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Service IN / OUT Reporting,
- Debug Report and Debug MIS,
- Deviation reporting , Record and its closure,
- Process analysis and improvement audit,
- PPM calculation of products,
- Field feedback reporting,
- Customer complaint verification its analysis and prevention plan through concerned person,
- Daily and Weekly reporting to management on service status,
- Weekly and Monthly reporting As per Service process,
- Ensurement of service process and its acknowledgement,
