Organization Name :- Central Railway

It is one of the 18 zones of Indian Railway. Its headquarters is in Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at Mumbai. It was formed on 5 November 1951 by grouping several government-owned railways.

It has the credit of operating first passenger railway line in India. In earlier, it includes large parts of Madhya Pradesh and part of southern Uttar Pradesh, which made it the largest railway zone in India in terms of area, track mileage and staff.

Position :- Junior Technical Associate

Job Location :- Chennai 

Salary :- Rs. 35,000 – 30,000/- pm

Qualification :-

• 3 years of Diploma in Civil Engineering (OR)
• Four years Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a combination of any substream of basic streams of Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.

Age Limit (as on 09 Oct 2023) :- 18 – 33 Years 

Age Relaxation:

• The upper age limit is relaxable as under, subject to submission of the requisite certificate.
• For OBC candidates: 03 yrs
• For SC/ST candidates: 05 yrs
• No age relaxation is allowed for SC/ST/OBC – candidates applying against unreserved vacancies.

Selection Process :-

• The contractual hiring will be done on the basis of Screening and Shortlisting.
