Job Description :-
- Ensure all Safety, Environment and Health standards are maintained in Plant
- Ensure Adherence to ISO 9001, 140011 & 45001 Standards
- Always adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintain tools and equipment, so that they are in a safe working condition
- Responsible to track, maintain and analyze Maintenance Request record
- Track Engineering spares and ensure inventory of Critical Spares is maintained
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services, anticipate problems and quickly find solutions to them and perform RCA
- Schedule and undertake periodic preventive maintenance on all equipments
- Maintain Work Permit record and evaluate unsafe condition/act regularly
- Supervise electrical works when new projects are undertaken and support in Installation of new electrical components, fittings and Equipments
- Provide the necessary engineering support, services and utilities to manufacturing Operations
- Provide pro-active day-to-day support to the Manufacturing Department to ensure production targets are achieved as per work schedules
- Preparation monthly reports of Engineering department
