Qualification :- B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, Diploma in Electrical
Experience :- 1 – 5 Years
Job Description :-
- Ensure all Safety, Environment and Health standards and 5s are maintained in Plant
- Ensure Adherence to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Standards
- Always adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintain tools and equipment, so that they are in a safe working condition
- Responsible to track, maintain and analyze Maintenance Request record
- Track Engineering spares and ensure inventory of Critical Spares is maintained
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services, anticipate problems and quickly find solutions to them and perform RCA
- Schedule and undertake periodic preventive maintenance on all equipments
- Maintain Work Permit record and evaluate unsafe condition/act regularly
