Positions :- QA/QC Engineer

Job Location :- Vadodara

Salary :- ₹ 2,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A.

Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :- 2 to 5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities :-

Distribution of work among QC officers / assistants and supervising them
Take part in resolving NC queries
Ensure the QC assistants are following laid out procedures as per ISO for testing
Impart training to assistants to perform tests
Review reports filled in by QC assistant
Conduct testing if assistants / trainees are absent
Resolve queries arising day to day on shop floor and stores
Check / approve the calculation on requirements of resins and additives for next days production
Check / approve material issue slip for requisition of resins and additives
Supervise distribution of resin and additives for mixing
Check report on daily resin and additives consumption
Meet with clients for complaint redressal and suggest action plan for complaint redressal
Provide assistance to HOD for maintaining calibration of equipment and machinery in the company
Take up any other work as assigned by the seniors from time to time

Desired Candidate Profile :-

Candidate must be from FRP/GRP background.
Must have knowledge of glass fibre and composites.
