Job Description :-
- To do operations boilers and turbine through DCS and also field operation.
- To do all field related operation activities includes running of boiler and turbine with its auxiliaries in coordination with desk engineer.
- Start up and shut down, tripping, change over plant equipment and auxiliaries.
- To ensure Safe isolation, normalization and scheduled changeover of equipment.
- Monitoring the parameter of critical equipment of plant and immediately reporting of abnormalities.
- Implementation of occupational health and safety system in all the jobs related to operations.
- Complete involvement in filed maintenance activity along with technicians
- Zero tolerance in safety, 100% control in unsafe practices and unsafe act.
- Provide required resources for routine activity to team members.
- Having hands on experience on maintenance of machines, equipment and all Utilities.
- Execute preventive maintenance services
- Strong knowledge in preventive, predictive maintenance, periodical maintenance root cause analyses and horizontal deployment
