Position :- RPMS Engineer(Solution Engineer)

Qualification :- Diploma / B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical

Experience :- 4 – 7 Years

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Responsible for Installation and operationalization of RPMS (Boiler analytics) system.
• Should be updated with the technology around related to analytics.
• Should be able to adapt as per the requirement for onboarding the sites and implementing the analytical modules as per the SOPs Prepared.
• Active analysis & support in value delivery for connected boilers for Value-Linked deals.
• Has ability to study the operation data in THERMAX Driven EDGE LIVE system and capability to fine tune the operation parameters of boiler to achieve optimized output so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Closely coordinate with customer for their day-to-day challenges & issues faced; RCA of issues and development of RPMS modules to address those issues.
• Support in customer escalations wherever customer-side dependencies are pending.
• Train-the-Trainer for Service Engineers & customer team for adoption of RPMS system
• Attending of Expert calls as requested from customer
