Positions :- Service Engineer
Job Location :- Pithampur
Salary :- Rs. 3-5 Lacs P.A
Qualification :- Diploma / B.tech in Mechanical
Experience :- minimum 3 years Experience in Machine Tool Industry
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Act for customer complaints with service immediately.
- Machine Installation
- Document preparation for new installation & interfacing prior to Service Engineer at customer site.
- Installation & Interfacing online technical support to the Service Engineers and customers during Rotary Table at maintenance.
- In house machine maintenance technical support.
- Preparing electrical training documents for all the regional service engineers.
- Entering customer complaints into CRM Tool for the region.
