Experience :- 0-5 years.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner in day-to-day routine work.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Preparing Cost Estimation and budget of any civil project.
• Responsible for regular repair and maintenance of building of company’s building as well as residential buildings under the company.
• Co-ordinations and Follow up with the vendor / contractor for timly completion of civil projects.
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Monitor progress and compile reports on project status
