Qualification : Diploma /B.tech / B.E. in Mechanical
Experience : 2 – 5 Years
Job location : Savli, Vadodara
Salary : ₹ 2,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A
Job description:-
Roles and Responsibilities
- Routine observation for all plant machinery like reactor, pumps, chilling plant,cooling tower,boiler,air compressor,vacuum system and nitrogen plant.
- To perform preventive maintenance as per schedule of particular equipment.
- To calibrate the pressure gauge and temperature indicator and load cell when it is due.
- Record up keeping for breakdown report & history card.
- Planning and execution of daily preventive and breakdown job activity
- Ensure uninterrupted production.
- Schedule preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Work distribution to Contractors.
- Maintain Shut down Schedules.
- Overcome break down time.
