Position – Service Engineer

Qualification – ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics

Experience – Minimum 1 year

Job Location – Thane,Maharashtra, Pune, Maharashtra, Aurangabad,Maharashtra

Salary – Rs. 15,000 – 20,000

Job Description –

1. Extend the 1st Level online / on-call technical support / assistance for customer calls for passive infra Telecom Equipment like SMPS / CCU/ PIU / Li-Ion Battery Bank for assigned location / Cluster.
2. Need to accept / Acknowledge the CM / PM TTs through I-Mobile App for his assigned Location / Allocated sites as Customer complaint will be Logged through centralised NOC in the I-Manager Portal & TT will be reflected in the I-Mobile APP to respective SE.
3. Once received the TT through Mob App, SE need to call the respective customer site Technician & understand about site fault in detail and then give the required spares request accordingly through I-Mobile APP.
4. Will dispatch the requested spares through authorised courier partner from circle service store as per the request to SE location & he has to plan accordingly for site visit.
5. Fault Rectification activity at Telecom site
