Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Candidate profile and Job roles & responsibilities:
- Review all applicable Drawings, Standards & specification.
- Carrying out all examination & inspection as applicable code & procedure
- Responsible for process stage inspection of supercritical boiler pressure parts as per approved drawings and applicable code & standards.
- Performing stage and final inspection individually/liaison with client appointed third party agencies at shop floor as well as vendors works
- Carry out the surveillance audit at shop as well as at vendors end for maintaining quality & continuous improvement
- Knowledge of ASME and IBR
- Basic Knowledge of prime welding processes – SMAW, SAW, GTAW, FCAW,ESSC and other etc, non-destructive testing like RT, UT, MPT, PT,PAUT as well as fabrication of all types of materials including CS, SS, LAS, Clad Steels, Non-Ferrous materials and dissimilar materials as well.
- Experience in the manufacturing of Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels.
